MATTERbox Business Development Manager
Marla serves as MATTERbox Business Development Manager, where she helps grow MATTER’s impact by building and nurturing strong, mission-aligned relationships with volunteers, community partners, and supporters. She brings over four years of experience having held revenue-generating roles at Cintas and Gallagher. While at Cintas, Marla earned Summit Awards for new business revenue and managed a large field territory, and at Gallagher she co-led an association health plan that helped Minnesota nonprofits access affordable healthcare—an experience that sparked her passion for volunteering and community impact. After volunteering with MATTER in 2025 and having a meaningful firsthand experience, she was inspired to return as part of the team. Outside of work, Marla enjoys staying active and outdoors, spending time at her cabin, running, practicing yoga, crafting, and being with family and friends.
