MATTERbox Development
Nicole works in MATTERbox Development, where she builds corporate partnerships that expand awareness of MATTER’s mission and connect companies to meaningful, hands-on volunteer engagement. She works closely with organizations to book and deliver MATTERbox volunteer events, helping drive employee participation while increasing community impact. With a background in hospitality, operations, and event leadership, including serving as Director of Food & Beverage in private clubs, Nicole brings extensive experience in relationship management, program oversight, and event execution. Her ability to collaborate with business leaders and align organizational goals with social impact makes her a key connector between companies and MATTER’s work. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband Colin, being with family and friends, traveling, and exploring new places and experiences.
